Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is convicted of violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and is subject to the registration of personal information released on March 28, 2017.

If a person subject to registration of personal information is changed, he/she shall submit the reason and details of the change to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date of occurrence of the change, but the defendant, without good cause, failed to register his/her personal information by April 17, 2017.
