Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (compact, etc.) at the Busan High Court on December 7, 201, and is subject to registration of personal information from July 12, 2012 to September 24, 2034.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while taking employment on August 30, 2016, did not submit to the head of the competent police office a change of 20 days, even if he moved to the real place of residence B, 302.

4.
