Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of four million won due to forced indecent act by the Seoul Eastern District Court, and on February 26, 2015, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information for which such punishment became final and conclusive.

Where a registered personal information is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of the change to the head of a police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date the reason and

1. On May 11, 2015, the Defendant had not submitted the modified information to the head of the competent police office within 20 days, even though the personal information was changed by registering a B franchise under his/her own name.

2. The Defendant, even though he/she had registered the C Poter vehicle in his/her own name on December 9, 2015 and had changed personal information, did not submit the changed information to the head of the competent police office within 20 days.

3. On February 1, 2016, the Defendant was employed in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the personal information was modified, but the Defendant did not submit the modified information to the head of the competent police office within 20 days.

4. While the Defendant moved his/her resident registration address around July 12, 2016 to Echeon City F and changed personal information, he/she did not submit the changed information to the head of the competent police office within 20 days.
