A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On January 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court on the ground of a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at the Net Prison on November 18, 2016.

[2] On April 25, 2014, the Defendant is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles from Sexual Abuse (i.e., purchase of sex) at the Busan District Court and completed the execution of the sentence on June 3, 2015 and is subject to registration of personal information.

Where personal information is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of the change to the head of a police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date of occurrence of the cause and details of the change, but the defendant did not submit the changed information to the competent police station within 20 days from March 10, 2017 without justifiable grounds even though his/her residence was changed from N in Busan to Busan Southern-guO.
