Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of the D Hospital located in the North Korean Port C in the North Korean Port, and is an employer who conducts health business using 22 full-time workers.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred: Provided, That the period may, under special circumstances, be extended by mutual agreement between the parties concerned.

Nevertheless, the defendant works in the above workplace.

On May 18, 2018, employees E retired from office around April 18, 2018, including the wage of 2.2.2 million won, from that time until June 1, 2018, did not pay 59,829,464 won in total as stated in the [Attachment 1] No. 1, 2, and 4 through 16 of the crime sight table from that time until June 1, 2018, within 14 days from the date on which the cause for the payment occurred without an agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties.
