Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2019 Highest 2052" is a representative of C. C. oriental medical hospitals located in Sil interest-si B, who runs a health business using 30 full-time workers.
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
The Defendant worked in the foregoing hospital from June 1, 2017 to November 1, 2017, and did not pay 1.5 million won of wages to retired workers D, around October 2017, within 14 days from the date of his/her retirement without an agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties concerned.
The Defendant is an employer who conducts medical service business using seven full-time workers as the representative of F association G council members on the fourth floor of the building in Ansan-si, the 2019 Highest 2290.

Provided, That the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.

8. From June 2017 to August 26, 201, employees H’s total wage of KRW 23,00,000 employed at the above hospital was not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
