1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of six months and a fine of three hundred thousand won;

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 5, 2018, around 08:00, the Defendant: (a) removed and stolen the registration number plate attached to the “Wingk 125” Roba, which was owned by the victim C (47 Doh) from the Busan B B B lending parking lot (hereinafter “instant registration number plate”).

2. On May 6, 2018, the Defendant, at around 17:00 on May 6, 2018, posted the registration number plate of the instant case that was stolen as above in Busan-dong, Busan-dong, Busan-dong, on his/her “hirco 5” Oba (hereinafter “the instant Oba”), and operated the instant Oba during the period from that time until May 8, 2018 between May 10:32, 2018.
