A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 1, 2017, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and illegally using public marks was arbitrarily attached to the DNA No. CIT-100 Orala, which was used by the Defendant in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the water surface of “C” operated by the Defendant in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the water surface of “C” operated by the Defendant in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the defendant used the official sign for the purpose of exercising, and at the same time used the two-wheeled automobile registration number plate unlawfully.

On April 4, 2018, around 11:15, the Defendant was driving the above Oba in which D registration number plates are attached from the beginning of March 2017 to the above date, including driving of CITI-100 Obaba, which is unlawfully used in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with D registration number plates attached in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the air defense that was illegally used.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a person who has an objection to the said CITI-100, a motor device.

On April 4, 2018, the owner of a motor vehicle is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road that has not been covered by mandatory insurance, but the defendant operated the motor vehicle on the road that has not been covered by mandatory insurance in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.
