A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 12, 2015, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and illegally used official marks of public offices for the purpose of using the registration number plates illegally and simultaneously with the purpose of using the registration number plates by attaching them to the 249C Obama, which was owned by B, at around 20:0 on October 12, 2015, at the port of Busan National University, after removing the number plates, and removing them.

2. On October 22, 2015, the Defendant did not subscribe to mandatory insurance around 19:28, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving), and the Guarantee of Compensation for Automobile Damages, and the Defendant driven the Obane listed in paragraph (1) on a section of approximately 40 km from the Busan Shipping Daegu to the front day of the Busan Metropolitan City 8-ro, Busan Metropolitan City, without obtaining a small driver’s license, at a section of about 237 km from the Busan Metropolitan City to the front day of the Busan Metropolitan City 8-ro, an Obane number plate, as described above.

Accordingly, the defendant did not purchase mandatory insurance, but driven without obtaining a small driver's license, and exercised the illegally used air.
