Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, each of the above cases against the defendants for two years from the date of the final conclusion of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant administered a medication in a way that, in front of the F Station E located in Ansan-si, A, H, and I, approximately 0.4g g of the mecopic amba (one penphone; hereinafter “phiopon”), a mecopic mental medicine he possessed, together with I, in front of the F Station E located in Ansan-si, A, G, H, and I, in a manner that mecops approximately 0.4g of the mecopic amba, and mes the bottom of the mecopter, and inhales the smoke that occurred at the mecopic.

B. Around May 2016, the Defendant administered the philoopon’s non-opon volume in the same manner as Paragraph 1-A of Article 1 of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul K, 201, the residence of J, J, and L, in the same manner as Paragraph 1-A of the said Article.

On October 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) contacted the N Bank located in Ansan-si Ma on the 17:00 on the side of the N Bank located in Ansan-si Ma; (b) concealed a cigarette containing 3.50,000 won in cash following the garbage box; and (c) purchased a phiphone by searching for a cigarette tag containing 0.5g of a philophone, the name of which is hidden by the person who was missing at the same place on the same day at around 18:00 on the same day.

On October 8, 2016, the Defendant administered 0.3g of philophone 0.3g, purchased from G, as set forth in paragraph (c) of Article 1, in the same manner as Paragraph (a) of Article 1, from the rocketing car owned by G, which was parked in Annsan-si Q at Annsan-si, Annsan-si.

2. Defendant B

A. On October 22, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant administered 102, Guro-gu Seoul, the Defendant’s residence, and 0.4g of philophone 0.4g, which S together with S, in the same manner as paragraph 1(a).

B. On October 23, 2016, from around 19:00 to around 20:00 to around 20:00, the Defendant purchased from V in cash 4.50,000 won from V on the road front of U hotel located in Bucheon-si.

On October 23, 2016, the Defendant purchased 0.7g of a philopon, which is the Defendant’s residence, from Guro-gu Seoul (R 102) and from No. 2(b).
