1. Defendant A

On February 9, 2017, the Defendant, at around 00:0, administered 0.17 g of the chophonephones purchased, as described in paragraph (a), in a manner that inhales them by using the medication system made as soon as water and as soon as possible, after cutting down 0.17g of the chophones purchased as described in paragraph (a).

On February 10 to 17, 2017, the Defendant administered two times in the same way 0.34 g of philophones purchased, as described in paragraph (a), at the places described in paragraph (b) at home around 10 to 17.
(d)
On February 18, 2017, the Defendant administered 0.17g of philophones purchased in the vicinity of the Defendant’s residence, as described in paragraph (a), by the same method.
2. On February 8, 2017, the Defendant received request from A to request the opphone, as described in paragraph (a) of Article 1, and sent the opphone to A, and around 18:30 on the same day, the Defendant contacted the opphone to the opphones (one H) around the hotel located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, via I, a mobile phish, and let A deposit the opphones sales amount into the account designated by the above person’s non-name, and then arranged the opphones sales between A and the non-sopphones by finding about about 0.7g of the opphones concealed by the non-sopphones in front of the restaurant and delivering it to A.
