Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On August 4, 2016, the Defendants conspired to purchase a penphone in the vicinity of the E’s residence located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Defendant B paid KRW 300,000 to the Defendants, and the Defendants purchased a penphone with approximately 0.7g of mert clop, which is a local mental medicine, from a pooling forest near the F, as the Defendants informed.

B. At night on August 4, 2016, the Defendants conspired to sell approximately 0.3g of philophones purchased in the residence of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and 202, such as “A” to the gambling place, heated the philophones into a stringter, and then administered philophones in such a way as to spread the steam from the philophone inhales created by raw water disease and inhale them as soon as possible.

On August 4, 2016, at the latest night, the Defendants conspired to administer philophones by taking out and inhaleing 0.4g of philophones purchased, such as “A,” at the residence of the Defendants in Seoyang-gu G, Seoyang-gu, Goyang-si, and in the same manner as “B”.

2. Defendant B

A. On September 10, 2016, the Defendant paid 300,000 won in cash to E in front of the Fam in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, and purchased philophones by receiving approximately 0.7g of philophones, which was contained in vinyl flusing.

B. The Defendant, at night on September 10, 2016, administered phiphones in a manner of promptly inhaleing the vapors from the steam inhaled through a rophone inhaled machine made by raw water disease, at night, at E’s residence in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, such as “A” and “A”, and put the phiphones into a gambling place.

On September 11, 2016, the Defendant inhaled the philophones purchased at the Defendant’s home located in Soyang-gu, Seoyang-gu G in the same manner as “A” and administered philophones, such as “B”.
