A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Meart clocks (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which are a local mental medicine as follows:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. The Defendant, by bearing half of the money with C, intended to purchase phiphones.

On November 26, 2017, the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 3.50,000 to E in the vicinity of the house in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, to pay KRW 3.50,000 to E, and paid KRW 300,000 from the site (the payment was made in KRW 50,000 after the drilling) and received approximately KRW 0.7g of opphone E.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C to sell and purchase phiphones.

B. On February 13, 2018, the Defendant remitted KRW 400,000 to a new bank account with the name of “F” used by “E”. On February 14, 2018, around the new wall, the Defendant purchased and sold phiphones from “E” from “Gel located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul” around February 14, 2018.

The Defendant, one half of the H and the half of the money, agreed to purchase a phiphone.

Accordingly, on February 16, 2018, the Defendant remitted 400,000 won to a new bank account in the name of F used by E via H around February 16, 2018, and received approximately 0.7g of philopon from E from Gel located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul around February 17, 2018.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with H to purchase philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On November 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on November 26, 2017, at C’s house located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si D, opened the unfolding volume of the penphonephones purchased from E above the gambling place; (b) opened the string part below the string area in the string area; and (c) administered a phiphone by means of cutting a smoke by using a medication device made by sticking the string unit immediately on the water.

B. On February 17, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones in Gelher in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by the same method as the above paragraph (a) at around the night.
