Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 500,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2013, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Southern District Court to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern District Court on February 16, 2014.
