Punishment of the crime
around 11:30 on October 18, 2014, the Defendant, “2014 Highest 3727”, at general restaurants with the trade name “E” located in the Council-Si D operated by the Victim C, and even if having received alcohol due to lack of cash and credit card, provided the victim with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 26,00 by deceiving the victim as if he would normally pay the amount.

1. Fraud;
A. On October 10, 2014, around 03:40 on October 10, 2014, the Defendant ordered alcohol and alcohol to the victim as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the drinking value at the H points in the operation of the Victim G in Doducheon-si, the Defendant received from the victim the offer of beer and alcohol equivalent to 200,000 won at the market price.

C. On November 6, 2014, around 22:30, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol to the victim, as the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the alcohol value at Qju points in Qju located in Dongbcheon-si O and received from the victim the offer of beer and alcohol equivalent to KRW 1.80,000 at the market price.
2. On October 14, 2014, the Defendant, at around 23:00 on October 14, 2014, was provided with beer and beer in an amount equivalent to KRW 4.20,00 from the victim’s main points in the management of the victim M in Dongdu City L, and ordered the victim to return the two shares.
