A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant forged a real estate sales contract as if he purchased each land of C and D from E, who is the owner of the land, and raised F with mind to receive money from the same person as the down payment and consulting cost, by deceiving F to resell each of the above land.
1.
