Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the former affairs of D Co., Ltd., and E (Death on September 18, 2012) as the representative director of the foregoing company, and the Defendant and E, as the representative director of the foregoing company, have forged documents in the F’s name that they purchased G forest land of KRW 130 million from F when they purchased KRW 50 million from F, and have conspired to acquire KRW 100 million from H as a loan for sales balance and business operation expenses.
1. Accordingly, the Defendant forged private documents by using a computer without authority for the purpose of exercising it at the office D Co., Ltd. around July 26, 2010 and using the computer in the real estate sales contract column for indication of real estate “1. 9,234 square meters of I forest in Jeollabuk-do, Jeollabuk-do, Jeollabuk-do;

It has already been paid KRW 35 million as the project design cost, and from the land owner of the access road.
