A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 29, 2011, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) the Defendant’s parent’s book located in Yangsan-si, 106 dong 1801, the Defendant: “Seoul-do Do Do Do D”; (b) the land category column in the column for the location of the real estate sales contract; (c) the size of “1,593 square meters” in the column for the purchase price; (d) the daily KRW 125,500,000 in the column for the down payment; (d) the seller’s name and address in the column for the down payment; (e) the buyer’s name and address in the column for the intermediate payment; and (e) the intermediate payment amount shall be paid on December 5, 201; (e) the remainder payment shall be made on February 19, 201; and (e) the agreement shall be null and void in the name and void of the seller’s name and address in the column for acquisition of farmland; and (e) the seller’s name and address in the south-Gun 10.

As a result, the suspect has forged one copy of the real estate sales contract in the name of E, which is a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising.

2. On December 2, 2011, the Defendant: (a) exercised a forged real estate sales contract as if it were a document duly formed by the J, as prescribed in paragraph (1), at a Young-gun, Young-gun, Young-gun; (b) around December 2, 201, the Defendant used the forged real estate sales contract as a document.

3. Fraud;

A. On December 2, 2011, the Defendant displayed a forged real estate sales contract with the victim J, as in paragraph (1), with regard to the volume of 15,593 square meters in Yong-gun, Yong-gun, Yong-gun, Yongnam, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim J, stating that “The purchase price of KRW 125,500,000,000,000,000,000,000 won was paid, and the intermediate payment of KRW 30,000,000,000,000 won would be paid, and the remaining part payment of KRW 20,000,000 and KRW 60,000,000,000 won would be paid to the mother of K.”
