The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a driver of a passenger car with B investment vehicle.

On March 21, 2019, as Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 10:40 on March 21, 2019, the Defendant turned down the three-lane road in front of the 2429 po-si Kimpo-si, Seoul, along the two-lanes.

In such a case, even though the Defendant, who is engaged in driving service, has a duty of care to accurately manipulate the steering direction and brakes and prevent accidents, he/she neglected to do so, while driving the vehicle without neglecting the duty of care, he/she was driven by the victim C (the 35 years old) who is driving along the two-lane Seoul Myeon, and then was driven by the victim C (the 35 years old) who is driving along the two-lane Myeon in Seoul Myeon.

The Defendant granted a traffic accident by negligence in the course of business as above, thereby causing injury to the victim C, such as salt, tensions, tensions, and tensions, and injuries to the victim E (V, 25 years of age) who is the third cargo train, for about two weeks of medical treatment. 2. 도로교통법위반(음주측정거부) 피고인은 2019. 3. 21. 10:40경부터 11:30경까지 사이에 위 옹정삼거리 부근에서, 위 1항과 같이 피고인이 낸 교통사고로 112신고를 받고 출동한 김포경찰서 통진파출소 소속 경찰공무원으로부터 피고인이 음주감지기에 음주 감지가 되고 피고인의 얼굴에 홍조가 있고 횡설수설하며 비틀거리는 등 피고인이 술에 취한 상태로 자동차를 운전하였다는 상당한 의심이 있어 3회 이상 음주측정 요구를 받았음에도 음주측정기의 불대를 입에 물고 부는 시늉만 하는 방법으로 음주측정을 회피함으로써 경찰공무원의 음주 측정에 응하지 아니하였다.
