Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:35 on January 19, 2020, the Defendant driven B Poter truck with a blood alcohol content of about 45 km from the front side of the Cheongyang-dong Hodong Ho-dong Cheongyang-si, to the front road of the 319 new eropo-si Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.053%.
