Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a vehicle B at low price.
1. Around April 20:10 on April 8, 2019, the Defendant driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of approximately 11 km from the roads near the Jungdong-si, Yong-si, Gungpo-si, Gungpo-si, Gungpo-si, Gungpo-si, Gungpo-si, Gungpo-si, Gungpo-si, Gungpo-si, Gungpo-si, Gungpo-si

On April 8, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 20:10, and operated the said vehicle at the speed of 1918 and the two-lanes of the two-lanes in front of the river distance in Seoul as Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes.
In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle without a driver's license, and there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving a motor vehicle, such as keeping the front side and the left side well, operating the steering wheel and brake system accurately.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks due to such occupational negligence, and at the same time, the Defendant, while destroying the above wing vehicle to cover repair costs of KRW 487,100, such as the exchange of the compact discharge lamps, did not immediately stop the vehicle, and escaped from the vehicle without taking measures such as providing relief to the victim.
