Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On September 11, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court, but on April 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months for the crime of causing property damage at the Seoul Southern District Court, which became final and conclusive on October 13, 2017, and the said suspended sentence was invalidated, and the execution of each of the said suspended sentence was completed in the Ansan Prison on May 1, 2018.

1. ‘112 신고 출동 현장’에서의 공무집행방해 피고인은 2018. 10. 30. 19:50경 서울 양천구 B 앞 길에서 손님이 술을 마신 후 노래방에서 나가지 않는다는 112 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 양천경찰서 C지구대 소속 경장 D이 노래방에 있던 피고인 및 일행을 데리고 나오고, 위 지구대 소속 경위 E이 차가 다니는 도로가에 서 있는 피고인을 인도로 이동시키자, 아무런 이유 없이 “이 씹할놈아! 짭새 새끼들이 죽으려고 환장했냐”라고 욕설을 하며 양손으로 위 E의 어깨를 잡아 흔드는 등 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

2. 'C지구대'에서의 공무집행방해 피고인은 2018. 10. 30. 20:10경 서울 양천구 F에 있는 C지구대에서 제1항의 혐의로 현행범인 체포된 후 지구대에 도착하여 위 D이 의자에 앉으라고 한다는 이유로 위 D에게 “야 씹할놈들아, 내가 뭘 잘못했냐 씹은 할 줄 아냐 ”라고 욕설을 하며 머리로 위 D의 얼굴을 1회 들이받는 등 폭행하였다.
