A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 14:45 on January 15, 2019, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) entered “D” restaurant operated by the Victim C, which was operated by the Victim C, with one female drinking and drinking alcohol; (b) thereafter, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant’s restaurant operation by avoiding the disturbance of approximately 40 minutes after smoking tobacco on the floor, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant operation by force.
