Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On June 19, 2008, Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Daejeon District Court on December 25 of the same year, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on December 25 of the same year. Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Suwon District Court on May 3, 201, and Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime.

1. Around April 2009, Defendant A planned to operate a IMO store in the victim F (n, 41 years of age) and G (representative director H) corporation (Y). On April 17, 2009, Defendant A entered into a commercial lease agreement with the said victim with the said victim on a deposit for the lease of KRW 30 million as a partner fee, and kept the said amount of KRW 60 million as to the said G and the Ba clubs store in common with the Defendant as a joint lessee.
