Defendant

A and F Imprisonment for one year and six months, and one year, respectively, and one year and two months, respectively, and one year and two months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who introduces and receives referral fees from non-pharmaceuticals who intend to operate a licensed rental pharmacy to those who are aware of such drug, or who specializes in the business of arranging the drug trade and receiving brokerage fees.

Despite the fact that a person who is not a pharmacist or herb pharmacist is not a pharmacist or herb pharmacist, the defendant introduced a pharmacist to F, and F conspired to establish a pharmacy using a pharmacist's license introduced by the defendant.

On April 2015, the Defendant introduced pharmaceutical Q to F, a non-pharmaceutical private person intending to establish a pharmacy, and F, after employing Q, introduced a pharmacy in the name of "R pharmacy" using the above pharmacist's license and introduced a pharmacist to the total of 14 non-pharmaceutical private business owners over a total of 14 occasions, as shown in the attached List of Crimes (2) as shown in the attached Table, and the owners employed a pharmacist who was introduced from the Defendant, and each of them established a pharmacy using the license.

Accordingly, even though the defendant is not a pharmacist, each pharmacy was established in collusion with non-pharmaceuticals.

2. Defendant B

A. Despite the fact that a person who is not a pharmacist or a herb pharmacist is unable to establish a pharmacy, the Defendant obtained a pharmacist’s license from A to establish a pharmacy in the name of the elderly S, and agreed to provide the Defendant with accommodation and receiving KRW 2,500,000 per month from the Defendant as remuneration and salary.

Defendant established a pharmacy, such as a dispensary to prepare medicinal drugs, in Jin-si, around August 2014, according to the above conspiracy, and established a pharmacy with the trade name of “U pharmacy” using the above S’s pharmacist’s license.

Accordingly, the Defendant had opened a pharmacy in collusion with the above A and S even in the resignation of a non-explosive post.

B. Notwithstanding the fact that a person, other than a pharmacist, is not a pharmacist, the Defendant is above the rank of around 14:10 on February 9, 2017.
