1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

A. B. At around February 6, 2004, I obtained a permit to sell the whole building, including the building in this case, during the voluntary auction procedure at the Chuncheon District Court's original district court's original branch branch, completed the registration of ownership transfer, and registered the name of the owner in the building ledger as I.
