A. Defendant E is a 2-dong 512.7 square meters, 3-story 276.01 square meters, among buildings listed in the attached Table 1 list, and B.

1. Basic facts

The general restaurant on the second floor of the steel-frame 137.13 square meters on J’s land, 284.90 square meters on the second floor of Hanju-si N (hereinafter “N”) and J’s land (hereinafter “N”), a wooden tank 48.672 square meters on a public restaurant, an underground shelter 24.78 square meters, an annex assembly-type panel 24.94 square meters on the first floor, an appurtenant building assembly-type panel 5.94 square meters on the first floor, a small-scale steel-frame prefabricated type panel, a general restaurant of 217.92 square meters on the first floor, a reinforced concrete and a steel-frame stevey roof, and a steel-frame 14.62 square meters on the second floor and a general restaurant of 142.62 square meters on the second floor, and the ownership of the above 3704 square meters on the third floor and 184.274 square meters on the second floor (hereinafter “the above 1.3741 square meters on the building”).

B. Around April 1995, the O newly built a steel structure and a fluorial brick structure and a concrete slope sloping roof, a 1st floor viewing assembly facility (e.g., wedding hall), 264 square meters, and 72 square meters in a second floor (hereinafter “additional 1”) on L land (hereinafter “instant land”).

C. On October 16, 1995, Nonparty M completed the registration of ownership transfer of the title of the existing building of this case and the additional one building of this case.

M around December 23, 1997, around December 23, 1997, extended a building of 202.08 square meters and 264.69 square meters for the steel-frame 1st, 202.08 square meters and 264.69 square meters for two floors (hereinafter “the instant additional 2 buildings”) to connect the said two buildings with the instant additional 1 buildings.

(A) The building of this case, the building of this case, the building of this case, and the building of 1 and 2 together, were added to “the new building of this case.” Accordingly, the building of this case in the building register of this case was changed to “Ddong” (or Ddong (or Ddong) that reflects the details of the building of this case 1 and 2 as shown below [Attachment 1].
