Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 28, 2018, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “The Defendant will sell one of the two hundred and twenty hundred and twenty thousand won high LG Nowon-gu 1” in the Internet website C D car page at an unspecified place, and made a false statement to the victim E who visited the Defendant by reporting the above letter to the same effect.
However, the defendant did not have the above so far, and even if he received 280,000 won from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above so far.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 2.80,000 won from the victim to the corporate bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, from June 28, 2019, and acquired 8,028,000 won in total from 50 victims, as shown in the attached crime list 1.

1. On June 22, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “The Defendant would sell 100,000, Wonket CF carbook” on the Internet site CF car page, and then falsely concluded that “the Defendant would sell two 1,40,000,000,000,000 won and more” to the victim G who reported and contacted the above writing.
However, since the defendant did not have the above table diskettes, even if he received 140,000 won from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell it.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 140,000 won from the victim’s Hbank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and acquired 460,000 won in total from the four victims, including from June 26, 2019 to June 26, 2019.
2. No person who violates the Control of Military Uniforms and Equipment Act shall manufacture and sell or possess for the purpose of sale military uniforms or equipment on behalf of any person who is unable to wear or use military uniforms or equipment;
