【Criminal Facts】

1. Around January 1, 2013, the Defendant, along with B and C, posted a false statement that “I would sell middle and high-speed Nowon-gu,” in the Internet NAVER, and send middle and high-speed Nowon-gu, to the victim F who reported and contacted with B, “I would send middle and high-speed Nowon-gu, if I would transfer KRW 165,000 to the victim F.”

However, the defendant, B, and C had no intention or ability to sell Nowon-gu even after receiving the above money.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, together with B and C, received 165,00 won from the victim to the bank account under their management on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim in collusion with B and C.

2. Around January 11, 2013, the Defendant, along with B and C, posted a false statement on the Internet NAVV Kaba, stating that “The Defendant would sell middle and long-term street North Korea” on the Internet NAV, and sent middle and long-term street North Korea to the victim G who reported and contacted the statement that “on the transfer of KRW 350,000 won, the Defendant would send middle and long-term street North Korea to her home.”

However, the defendant, B, and C had no intention or ability to sell Nowon-gu even after receiving the above money.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, together with B and C, received 350,000 won from the victim to the bank account under their management on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim in collusion with B and C.
