A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for three months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates a game room with the trade name "F" on the Gangnam-si E and the first floor, and Defendant B is an employee in the above game.

No one shall provide for the distribution or use of, or display or keep for, a game product different from the contents of a rating, and shall exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase the tangible or intangible result obtained through the use of the game product as a business.

Nevertheless, in the event that the Defendants established and operated a game machine “new panty gate” (class classification numberCC-N-160303-006) in Gangnam-si and 1 from February 24, 2017 to June 30, 2017, the Defendants: (a) opened and operated a game machine “F” (class classification number CC-N-1603-006) with 40 units; (b) the said game machine was put into a game machine; (c) selected a game character with a corresponding amount of money; and (d) obtained points through Daejeon with the character on the computer; and (d) obtained points were classified as having no initialization of the new game machine at the beginning of the new game; and (e) it was otherwise rated in the order of multiple customers by deducting 10% of the total number of customers’ use of the game product; and (e) obtained points from the said game machine under the name of multiple customers.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to provide game water to customers with contents different from the rating of the Game Water Management Committee, and exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water to customers.
