A is the actual business owner of Goyang-gu C and 1st floor ‘D', and Defendant B is the employee of the game room.

1. No one shall provide any game product for the distribution or use, or display or keep, for such purposes, any game product of a content different from the rating received by the Committee on Water Management;

From the beginning of September 2015 to the 15th day of the same month, the Defendants provided online game programs (sackers, Baduks, and sacks) to customers at the computers located in the said “D” game room, and registered to allow customers to charge game money only by indirect charging method ( mobile payment, real-time transfer, handbook transfer, gift certificates, cubs, and cubs). As a result, the Defendants conspired to provide game products with different contents from the game products classified as ratings for distribution or use.

2. No one shall, for business purposes, engage in the business of exchanging, arranging exchange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

The Defendants exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water, such as exchanging 10.00,000 won per cash per game machine with an unspecified number of users, who found the said PC room at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to acquire game water by using it.
