1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

A operated a game hall in the same year as “D” in the Dong Sea, E, and Defendant B served as an employee in each of the above games.

No one shall provide for the distribution or use of, or display or keep for, a game product different from the contents of a rating, and shall exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange, or repurchase such intangible result obtained through the use of the game product for business purposes.

Nevertheless, from April 11, 2018 to May 1, 2018, Defendants and E established and operated a “F Game machine” (class classification number G) 40 game in the aforementioned “D”, the said game machine is a user ability game to obtain points by selecting a certain amount within the time limit of 2 of the same game machine among the three types of games that are put into and presented in the game machine, and unlike this, when it was classified as one kind of window for settlement, if it is operated in the order of a separate settlement window with points accumulated and the total amount accumulated by the users, it provided for the use of the game machine, and exchanged the remaining amount after deducting 10% from the points acquired by many unspecified customers through the use of the game product as commission.

As a result, Defendants and E conspired to provide game water to customers with contents different from the rating of the Game Water Management Committee, and exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water to customers.
