Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:58 on July 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) filed a report on assault-related 112 before Cpenta City B; and (b) took place a dispute over the slope E belonging to the district unit of the Seocho Police Station D District called “Wing Shet Shet Shet Shet Wing Shet Shet Shet Shet Shet Shet Shet,” and assaulted the Defendant by both hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties related to the handling of reports by police officials.
