Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 15, 2012, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with B, the victim D’s “E stores” operated by the victim D, a building 403, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, in the middle of the room; and (b) Defendant A interfered with the victim’s business by force by forcing his employees F to calculate the drinking value if he does not want to do so; and (c) raising microbs while threatening his disease; and (d) Defendant B spad with the large interest of “B,” stating that “I will get off the part of the other room by avoiding approximately one-hour small volume column, thereby obstructing the victim’s business operation by force.”

2. In collusion with B, the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the price at the same time or time as described in paragraph (1), by deceiving the victim D as if he would pay the price, and thereby, acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of the said amount by failing to pay the price even if he had been provided with the same amount as the market price of 196,000 won from the victim.

3. In light of the fact that the Defendant was informed of the fact that he could be punished for the crime of insult by referring to the so-called “Sim gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum,” the Defendant, at the same time and place as indicated in paragraph (1), and at the same time and at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1), was sent to the victim Hm gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum gum,
