Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, in collusion with B on April 1, 2012, from around 01:30 to 04:20 on the same day, conspired with the victim D’s “EM” located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, intended to pay the drinking value normally, by deceiving the victim, thereby failing to pay the victim the total amount of 2.80,000 won, and by failing to pay the same amount of monetary benefits.
