Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The police officers C (25 years old) and D, who belong to the Busan Shipping Police Station B District, filed a 112 report that the Defendant was living in Busan Shipping Daegu E and 613, his/her dwelling place, and arrived at the above dwelling place around 00:05 on August 30, 2014 in order to grasp the circumstances.
