A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of six months and a fine of five hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 02:00 on January 21, 2020, the Defendant received 112 reports on the fact that he did not pay a taxi fee on the front of the C branch located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, and that police officers slope E and patrolmen belonging to the D district unit in the Chungcheongbuk-gu Police Station D District would pay a taxi fee to the Defendant, the Defendant provided a bath for taxi officers G and threatened them.

The Defendant, on the ground that F used the Defendant’s control and warning G that F would not go to the Defendant, committed an assault to F, such as “Chewing sprinking. Police sprinking,” and “F’s chest on the right side,” and assaulting F’s chest on the ground that F was sprinking the Defendant, and sprinking it to G.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers in relation to 112 reported handling duties.

2. On January 21, 2020, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) arrested a flagrant offender on the ground of obstruction of performance of official duties, such as Paragraph (1); (b) 02:20 on Jan. 21, 2020; (c) brought him into the D District of the Chungcheongbuk-gu Police Station D District located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (d) 6 police officers, including police officers, who were in the said district on the ground that he was arrested on the ground that he was inflammable; and (b) “this fright,” “this fright,” “I fright,” “I fright,” “I fright,” “I fright,” “I fright, I fright, I fright,” “I fright, I fright,” “I fright, I fright, fright, and frighten and fright, and, during the sobing of the police officer’s drinking or drinking water.
