A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 30, 2012, around 18:25, the Defendant: (a) moved into the back seat of the taxi for D business use driven by the victim C (year 51) in the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the Defendant: (b) went to Seoul; (c) and (d) agreed to the defect that “the victim moves to the front seat of the taxi for the purpose of business use; (d) so far as the victim is going to the top seat with Seoul si; and (e) took a desire to “I am to the front seat of this lane, I am going to the Seoul; (e) I am to the front part of the victim’s right shoulder while driving on two occasions with his hand; and (e) once I am to the rear seat of the victim; and (e) made several assaults of the victim, who is the driver of the vehicle, such as having the victim sitd with the driver.

2. At around 20:10 on August 30, 2012, the Defendant arrested a flagrant offender on the grounds of the facts described in the foregoing paragraph (1) at the F District Office of the Sungnam Police Station located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, and Sungnam-si, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the investigation and suppression of criminal investigations by police officers, following the arrest of a flagrant offender on the grounds of the facts described in the foregoing paragraph (1).

3. On August 30, 2012, at around 20:18, the Defendant: (a) expressed to police officers and the victim G (24 years of age) at the Sungnam Police Station Criminal Police Station and Criminal Team office located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si and 6812, Sungnam-si; (b) spits down on the floor, the Defendant spits the Defendant’s left part of the above G, which attempted to restrain it on the floor; (c) spits the spit; (d) walked on the left part of the said G, which tried to restrain it; (d) walked the victim, a taxi driver, as described in the above paragraph (1) above; and (d) assaulting the victim C’s right side and walking the victim C’s right side; and (e) H expressed to the police officer “open”.
