1. Basic facts

A. 1) The defendant is a company whose main purpose is broadcasting business. 2) The plaintiff joined the defendant company as a reporter on January 1, 2001.

On July 25, 2016, the Plaintiff returned to the Plaintiff after receiving an order of return from the Defendant around February 2018, while being on dispatch at Washington upon the issuance of an overseas special frequency from the Defendant. On May 11, 2018, the Plaintiff was notified of dismissal from the Defendant.

B. On August 20, 2012, the Republic of Korea held the e-date D election. The F was confirmed to be a candidate for H political party and I political party through the intra-party competition, respectively, on September 16, 2012. C declared the J election on September 19, 2012, and registered as a preliminary candidate, but waived the election on November 23, 201 of the same year. As a result of the election, the Plaintiff was elected to D with the ratio of 51.5% of the votes obtained. 2) At that time, the Plaintiff was in the political division as the H political party entry. The Plaintiff was informed from anonymous informant that C’s doctorate thesis was plagiarism, and the Plaintiff was reported on October 1, 2012; and the report of this case’s plagiarism was made once the report of this case’s plagiarism (hereinafter “the report of this case’s plagiarism”).

1. On October 1, 2012, I have raised suspicion that the doctoral degree thesis of the candidate C candidate who belongs to the K Press Report (stoppy) was plagiarism in a substantial part of other professors’ thesis.

The medical doctor's degree is virtually the starting point of C candidate's experience, and if it is true, it seems that the wave will be increased.
