Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A thief: (a) around 11:00 on February 13, 2014, at the second floor water treatment room in Ansan-si Group B located in Ansan-si, a 200,000 won in the market price of the victim D, and 10,000 won in cash, 10,000 won in cash, 10,000 won in 30,000 won in 11:0.
2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On February 13, 2014, around 18:36, the Defendant purchased goods of KRW 8,100 in the Fcosmetic store E 101, an oral bulletin amounting to KRW 2,700 in the market price, and had a business owner prepare a bank’s credit card sales slip and put a false signature on it, and then received the said goods.
B. On February 13, 2014, the Defendant purchased goods of an amount equivalent to KRW 15,000 at the market price from “H whose address is unknown” around 19:21, 201, the Defendant issued a false signature on the following: (a) by presenting the stolen No. Doc Card; and (b) by having a business owner prepare a bank’s credit card sales slip; and (c) issued the said goods.
3. Fraud;
A. On February 13, 2014, around 18:36, the Defendant presented the F Cosmetics Card, which was stolen in advance, to G, an employee of the said store, as if he were his card, in order to pay KRW 8,100,00 of the purchase price of goods, and acquired property benefits by receiving property equivalent to KRW 8,100 of the market price from G at the same place.
B. On February 13, 2014, the Defendant presented the said No.C. Card, which was stolen in advance, to a person under the name in the above store, as if he were his card, to pay KRW 15,000 for the purchase price of goods, and acquired property benefits with property equivalent to KRW 15,000 at the market price from the person under the name of the deceased.
