Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highly 790"

1. Larceny;

A. On August 24, 2014, at around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim D, who was under the influence of alcohol in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu B and C Hospital; and (b) stolen the shopping factoring consisting of a gallon, chargeer, and card locking of an amount equivalent to KRW 700,000,000 in the market value.

B. On August 24, 2014, at around 05:30 to 05:35, the Defendant: (a) ordered goods at the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, F convenience stores; and (b) stolen two bags equivalent to KRW 1,000 at the market price where the crepit was displayed on the crepit in which surveillance was neglected, in order to locate the goods ordered by the victim G.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, and fraud;

A. On August 24, 2014, at around 05:25, the Defendant purchased Le-type tobacco 1 A, the market price of which is equivalent to 2,500 won at I convenience stores, and had the victim J prepare a bank credit card sales slip by presenting one SK card under the name of the victim D who stolen as above, and received goods by falsely signing the card.

B. The Defendant, at around 05:27:05:37 on the same day, purchased 4,300, 4, 4, 4, 4, 1 disease, non-500 drinking water, 1 pop-up container, 1, and 1 shopping bag in the name of the victim D who stolen as above, and had the victim G prepare a credit card sales slip for the bank and received goods by signing a false signature thereon.

C. At around 05:40 on the same day, the Defendant purchased n.6 tobacco 1 sheet at the market price equivalent to 25,000,000, from L convenience stores in Incheon Gyeyang-gu, and suggested the stolen victim D's e-mail card to have the victim M prepare a credit card sales slip, and received goods with a false signature.
