A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the guest room of 312 located in Chuncheon City on December 19, 2013, the victim was living together with the victim E and was living together with the victim; (b) while the victim was living together with the victim E, the victim was living together with the victim’s cell floor, the victim’s market value of which is equivalent to one million won in a galth of 3 mobile phones; and (c) KB credit cards.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On the same day, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, at around 07:23, while using a taxi that the victim drives in an irregular place, presented to the taxi article with the stolen credit card, as if he were his credit card, and paid 2,800 won of taxi price by signing on the credit card terminal. On the same day, at around 07:25, the Defendant presented the said KB credit card as if the victim was his credit card was his own credit card, and then paid 250,000 won of the price by signing on the credit card terminal. On the same day, the Defendant offered the said KB credit card to the taxi article as if the victim was his credit card manager and signed on the credit card terminal, and then presented the 140,000 won of the price for the taxi by signing on the 11:43 of the same day, as if the victim was in Kimpo-si, and then presented the 140,000 won of the price for its goods to the SH’s market price.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims, acquired property benefits or received property from the victims, and used stolen credit cards.
