A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for attempted larceny at night in Busan District Court on August 13, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan Detention Center on February 17, 201.

1. Around 01:00 on December 16, 201, the Defendant embezzled the lost owner’s driver’s license, citizen’s card, and modern card, without following necessary procedures such as acquiring one copy of the market key to the market price, and returning it to the victim, on the front side of the JJ located in Young-gu, Young-si I.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. At around 01:00 on December 16, 201, the Defendant acquired, and used lost credit cards, pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by deceiving the victim and paying 180,000 won for the singing room by suggesting the victim as if he/she was his/her own credit card in the “Ling room” operating the victim’s name in the first floor of the JJ underground.

B. At around 01:52 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) presented K’s national card acquired as above in the Nmaz of Victim M management on the said J 7th day to the victim as if he were his credit card company; (b) induced the victim by signing a credit card terminal as if he were his credit card company; (c) paid 130,000 won of the use of the relevant marina paper by deceiving the victim; (d) around 02:42 on the same day, 390,000 won of the use of the relevant marina paper in the same manner at the same place; and (e) around 04:15 on the same day, acquired and used the lost credit card.

3. On December 16, 201, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official documents, at the Nmaz. on December 16, 201, the foregoing 2-B.

As stated in the above K's national card, 1.30,000 won are settled with the above K's national card, and the defendant is the above national card owner and the above national card owner.
