1. On June 28, 2017, the Defendant, at around 01:17, paid accommodation expenses, by deceiving the said employee by presenting the forged KB national card received from C to the employee of the said hotel as if he/she were the Defendant’s genuine credit card, and by deceiving the said employee by allowing the said employee to settle the amount of money equivalent to KRW 258,00,000, which is the victim’s possession, to receive the guest room of the said hotel, and used the forged credit card.
In collusion with C, the Defendant, from June 28, 2017 to July 1, 2017, by deceiving the victims in a total of 12 occasions as described above, such as 1 to 3, 9, 10, 12, 18 through 20, 25, 26, and 30 items on the list of crimes in attached Form 1 to 3, 9, 10, 12, 18 through 20, 25, 26, and 30, respectively, received the total amount of 9,135,90 won from the victims or acquired the pecuniary benefits, and used five copies of forged credit cards.
2. On June 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) attempted fraud and attempted use of forged credit cards; (b) around 18:21, 201, at a trade name store operated by the victim with the name in the 1414 datum of the shopping street in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (c) purchased visibility and presented the forged KB national card delivered by C to the employee of the said store as if it were the genuine Defendant’s credit card.
