A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

(Criminal) On January 12, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic laws at the Chuncheon District Court on January 12, 2007. On May 19, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic laws at the Chuncheon District Court's original branch on May 19, 2009. On July 3, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Dangerous and Injury caused by death or injury) at the Chuncheon District Court's original branch on July 3, 2013.

(Criminal) The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a CB car.

1. On November 29, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.122% while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the section of about 7km at a 394 km away from the insular area (hereinafter referred to as the Dong-gu Dong-gu, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, to the point where it is located at the seat of the 394km-gu, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do.

2. On March 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 10km from the front of the 7-km room located in the Dong-si, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, to the point where 323km away from the central highway in the Do-do-do-ri, the Do-do-do-Si, the front of the 10km road.

3. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused by danger) was driving the said car at the time specified in the above Paragraph 1, and led to the driving of the said car at the time of the Gyeonggi-do Gyeong-gu, GC along the three-lane road at the point of 394 km away from the JC to new road at the 1st parallel parallel.
