Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 1, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0:50, the Defendant was driving Bone Starsch Rexroth on April 1, 2016, over approximately 21:2 km at the point of 22 km away from the Do in front of the Heung-gu Suwon-gu Suwon-gu Suwon-gu Suwon-si, Gandong-si, Gandong-si, Gandong-si, Gan-si, Sinpo-si, Gan-si, Sin-si, Gan-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Gan-si.

2. The defendant is engaged in driving of the above vans.
