A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 20:35, 2017, the Defendant driven a car with B low speed from the 30km section to the point where 129 km is located on the 1,000 km away from the Saemaeul credit cooperative located in the 22-lane Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving).

2. On the same day, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act driving a vehicle at a point 150 km above the above low-speed one, without securing a safe distance at a point 160 km above the above expressway, while overtaking the vehicle from the first lane to the right side, changing the vehicle from the first lane to the third lane at a point 145 km speed above the speed of about 150 km, and then overtaking the vehicle from the third lane to the first lane, and then changing the vehicle from the latter to the second lane, the vehicle from the latter to the right side, and the latter is overtaking the vehicle from the 140 km to the right side of the above expressway to the right side of the speed of about 160 km to the right side of the said expressway, and without securing the safety distance from the first lane to the first lane, the latter is overtaking the vehicle from the 140 km to the right side of the said expressway, and without securing the safety distance from the latter to the 1610 km road to the latter.

As a result, the Defendant committed the act of violating the speed, the method of passing ahead, and the prohibition of change of course in the above expressway section 21 km, thereby causing danger to traffic.
