A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 7, 2007, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Guarantee of Compensation for Damages by motor vehicle: (a) was sentenced to a summary order of 2.5 million won by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; (b) from the same support on December 27, 2010 to a fine of 5 million won by the same crime; (c) from the same support on January 27, 201 to the same crime, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 2.5 million won by imprisonment for one year; and (d) from the same support on January 27, 2011 to the same crime, 2. On August 13, 2013 to the same crime, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months by imprisonment with labor for the same crime at the Daejeon District Court of Daejeon, and was punished two or more times as a violation of

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, at around 05:20 on September 3, 2015, the Defendant driven a car without being covered by a mandatory insurance in the state of alcohol with approximately 40km from the road front of Samsung Electricity Co., Ltd., Ltd., located in the Young-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si to the road 346.2km at approximately 40km to the 346.2km away from the 40km section to the 0.128% away from the blood alcohol level.

2. The Defendant is a person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before danger) and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Road Traffic Act”) and is engaged in driving motor vehicles.

On September 3, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol, as set forth in paragraph (1) of the same paragraph, and driven it along the two-lanes from the side of Seoul to Busan, the 346.2km km away from the west-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, shall make a good report on the traffic situation and accurately operate steering equipment, etc., and in particular, he/she shall safely drive the motor vehicle and prevent the accident in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle.
