1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months, and a fine of KRW 1,00,000; and

2. The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for fraud, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on September 13, 2014 in the Western District Court of Busan District on September 25, 2014.

1. On January 8, 2015, the fraud Defendant posted a letter “sale of a merchandise coupon” on the Internet (NVV) Kafin (NV) bulletin at a scam room where it is impossible to identify the trade name in the Nam-gu Busan Simsan-dong, Busan, and falsely said that “I will send merchandise coupons to Kwikset service if you transfer money.”

In addition, from March 13, 2015, the Defendant received 18,632,00 won in total from the same account as indicated in the separate sheet of crime (i) through 28 times as shown in the separate sheet of crime, respectively, from that time until March 13, 2015.

2. From January 5, 2015 to August 18, 201 of the same month, the Defendant: (a) entered the search language of “bacac” via the Internet (old language) at the clocks as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1); and (b) opened a gambling site that was searched by printing KRW 2,805,000 per time with a total of KRW 100,000 per 1,00.
