Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a factory employee, and B is a non-professional employee (E-9) who entered the Republic of Korea with permission to stay in accordance with the employment permit system.

The defendant and B knew that the person who possesses the Sri Lankan driver's license in accordance with the mutual agreement between Sri Lanka and the Republic of Korea could be replaced and issued with the Korean driver's license without a separate driver's license, they wanted to obtain the Korean driver's license by forging it and using it as if it were a true driver's license.

1. On August 201, the Defendant: (a) obtained a proposal from B that he created a Korean driver’s license; (b) obtained the Defendant’s photograph, Sri Lankan identification card; and (c) issued a copy of Sri Lankan passport to B; and (c) received the Defendant’s name and photograph; and (d) obtained one copy of the Plaintiff’s license under the name of the director general of the transportation bureau of Sri Lankan, where the name and photograph of the Defendant and the number D, etc. of the Sri Lanka Lankan driver’s license were inscribed, from

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, forged the driver's license under the name of the Director of Sri Lankan Transportation Bureau, which is a private document about the proof of facts, and one copy of the confirmation.

2. On September 28, 2011, the Defendant and B stated that the use of the above investigation document constituted a document which duly formed a forged driver’s license as referred to in paragraph 1(a) to an employee in charge of false names who knew of the forgery at the Nam-gu E driver’s license test site at port and port.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, exercised a forged driver's license.

3. The Defendant and B, as described in paragraph 2, shall submit a forged driver’s license to the public official in charge who may know such fact, in the name of the date of issuance “ September 28, 201” and “the Commissioner of the Gyeongbuk Police Agency” of the issuer.
